(1) Preparation before starting
1. Turn the motor fan blades by hand, the impeller should have no card grinding phenomenon and the rotation is flexible.
2. Open the inlet valve and open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump chamber with liquid, then close the exhaust valve.
3. Move the pump by hand to make the lubricating fluid enter the mechanical seal end face.
4. Jog the motor to determine if the steering is correct.
(2) Starting and running
1. Open the inlet valve and close the discharge line valve.
2. Turn on the power. When the pump reaches the normal speed, gradually open the valve on the discharge line and adjust to the required working condition.
3, pay attention to observe the meter reading, check the shaft seal leakage, normal mechanical seal leakage <3 drops / min, check the motor, bearing temperature rise ≤ 70 ° C, if abnormal conditions are found, should be dealt with in a timely manner.

(1) Maintenance during operation
1. The inlet pipe must be filled with liquid, and the pump is prohibited from running for a long time under cavitation.
2. Check the motor current value regularly and do not exceed the rated current of the motor.
3. After long-term operation of the pump, due to mechanical wear, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase, stop the inspection and replace the wearing parts if necessary. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.
(two) mechanical seal maintenance
1. Mechanical seal lubrication should be cleaned without solid particles.
2. Mechanical seals are strictly forbidden to work under dry grinding conditions.
3. Before starting, the pump (motor) should be driven several times to avoid the breakage of the graphite ring caused by sudden start.
